I currently am working in 2nd grade at Walton Farm Elementary.
- Do you participate in extra curriculars/club at your school?
Not yet! I am hoping to one day to help out with field hockey at either the Middle or High School level since that is a sport that I was involved in majority of my life.
- What are 3 words to describe you?
Honest, resilient, courageous
- If you could learn any skill/hobby what would it be?
I would learn how to become a seamstress. I love fashion and feel that if I could make my own clothes, I could have exactly what I am looking for when specific styles come to mind.
- Tell us something that may surprise us about you!
During the pandemic, I started a small business called A&B Custom Creations. In January 2021, I was able to officially make the business into an LLC!
- If you have 30 minutes of free time, what do you do?
I tend to keep myself constantly busy so when I have free time I really utilize it to decompress and just relax. I am a sucker for reality tv. If my TV is on, Bravo or E! is most likely on.
- What is the best place you’ve traveled to?
The best place that I have traveled to is Italy. I specifically went to Rome and Florence and saw the most beautiful places and ate THE best food!
- How do you spend your summers?
I spend my summers tutoring and working as a server at a local Italian BYOB called From the Boot-Lafayette Hill. The weekends are designated for trips to my beach house with family and friends.
- If you could spend time with anyone who would it be?
If I could spend time with anyone it would be my friends. I have the most supportive and caring group of friends and whenever we are all together we have such a great time!
- What advice do you have for kids struggling in school?
The best piece of advice that I have for kids struggling in school is that struggling is temporary. In life, there is always room to fix a problem or practice something that you can improve on. You have your entire life to grow and improve!
Bri is an Elementary School tutor on our team. Bri received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Widener University. Bri has worked as a Long Term Substitute and Instructional Support in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Bri has worked for the past year, teaching in an hybrid classroom environment and is comfortable teaching students both in person and virtually.
