Jennifer Shemtob
Owner

Jennifer Shemtob possesses 10 + years of classroom experience. She taught in the Lower Merion School District and the Philadelphia School District. She holds her Masters of Education and is Triple Certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. She has her Reading/Writing/Literacy Certificate, Instructional Technology Certificate, and Classroom Management Certificate. Additionally, Jennifer recently completed an Instructional Coaching Endorsement Program which helps in the mentoring and training and development of the tutors on her team. Jennifer is as an active member of the National Tutoring Association, and involved in many Professional Networking Groups and Charity Initiative's. Jennifer’s passion for education, vision for individualized instruction, and desire to help as many students and families as possible, is the driving force behind her work as the owner of Teacher Time To Go.


Sarah Steinberg
Client Relations Manager
Sarah has been a star tutor on the team since the launch of TT2G in 2019. Her organization, attention to detail and proactive communication skills make her a great fit for the Administrative Team at Teacher Time To Go. Sarah is an Elementary School tutor on our team. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. Sarah creates an environment with high, yet achievable, expectations for her students in order to motivate them for success. Furthermore, Sarah has been awarded several recognitions such as the Apple Teacher Award for excellent use of technology in the classroom.
Rachel Zera
Director of Recruitment

Rachel Zera is the Director of Recruitment for Teacher Time To Go. Rachel's roles include the recruitment of tutors, interviewing, onboarding and training the teams' tutors.  Rachel connects with local school districts and colleges/universities to ensure that we have the top talent. Rachel is a certified teacher in Elementary and Special Education, with a Master's Degree in Special Education, focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder.  She is a Google certified educator and is a Crisis Prevention Interventionist.  Rachel has worked as a classroom teacher on many different levels and has served as a New Teacher Coordinator and Inclusion Facilitator.  Rachel is excited to share her teacher training expertise and recruitment skills with the TT2G team!

Andrea Havens
Operations Manager

Andrea Havens serves as the Operations Manager for Teacher Time to Go.  She assists with family communications, tutor training, content management, website design/development, and database maintenance.   Andrea joined the team with 20+ years of administrative experience that encompasses a variety of industries from corporate to non-profits.  She has displayed excellence in managing timelines and deliverables and is self-driven and able to successfully guide projects from inception to completion. Her past work environment has been focused on high- pressure environments while prioritizing attention to detail. She is skilled in working with a wide range of personnel including customers, volunteers and staff.  Andrea lives with her husband and two sons in Wayne, PA! We are so excited to have Andrea on the team.

Bella Cipresso
Head of Social Media & Marketing

Bella handles the social media and marketing for Teacher Time To Go.  Her roles include creating content, sharing on our platforms, generating leads, and growing our following.  Bella helps with the expansion of our market and territories and finds creative ways to elevate our brand.  Bella currently attends Cabrini University majoring in Psychology with a speciality in Child Development and Group Leadership.  Her areas of expertise include communication, computer, and critical thinking skills. Teacher Time To Go loves having Bella working as an intern for the team!

Taylor McIlhenny
Technology Consultant

Taylor McIlhenny wears many hats behind the scenes of Teacher Time To Go’s daily operations. Taylor updates and designs the Teacher Time To go website. She integrates payment platforms as well as assists with the marketing initiatives of the company. Taylor graduated from Susquehanna University in 2015 with a Bachelors in Communications with a digital multi-media emphasis in Broadcasting. aylor’s innovation has allowed Teacher Time To grow and develop as a company.
