Summer Learning Opportunities
Book Club: Does your child have a Summer Reading List? Why not make this more enjoyable and engaging by joining one of our summer book clubs. This will be an hour of teacher-led discussion questions and thought provoking activities based on your child’s summer reading requirements. It is also a way for older children to engage with peers in an academic environment. Contact us for personalized session ideas.
Summer Packet Support: Need help completing the Summer Math Packet? Join our once a week, 1 hour session to work on your child’s math packet in a small group or individual setting. Contact us for personalized session ideas.
Create Your Own: Have a group of friends from school with the same summer materials? Want to start your own review session and work with one of our excellent tutors, while gaining social interaction? Reach out to us and we will collaborate to create a learning experience for you and your friends!
The Summer Skills program was an incredible way to provide students with extended school year learning opportunities in a small group setting. By reviewing past grade level expectations combined with pre-teaching foundational skills for their anticipated grade, this program created the perfect morning routine for your child to prevent the summer slide.
Our 1 hour small group session was offered daily (M-F) from 10AM – 11AM. All sessions were led by one of Teacher Time To Go’s highly qualified tutors. The session covered Math, Reading and Writing skills to ensure that your child feet confident in their academic abilities come September.
